AF 2000R – data recorder & logger
AF2000R recorder collects data from any impulse meters or devices with MODBUS RTU (RS-485). It can collect inputs & outputs data. AF2000R allows to control outputs and device configuration from the level of clear www interface.
AF2000R characteristics:
· Work on Ethernet, WLAN or GSM network,
· Non-volatile memory of readings,
· Configurable intervals of data collection,
· Measurement of any physical quantities,
· On-line view of meters, sensors and binary inputs states,
· Possibility of defined control of relay outputs (power guard),
· Define and closing accounting periods,
· Data export to xls, xml,
· Alarms via E-mail or SMS,
· Time synchronization via NTP or impulse,
· Access rights for users (read only, configuration),
· Optional integration with SCADA systems or ERCO.Net system.
AF2000R applications:
· Collecting energy media and technology consumption data,
· Counting products and failures on production lines,
· Working time and devices load controlling,
· Collecting data from motion and fire detection sensors,
· Rooms and servers rooms monitoring (including access control, temperature and humidity).
AF500R - data recorder & logger
AF500R is a response for those, for whom AF2000R seems to be too much functional and capacious. AF500R can autonomously operate:
· up to 12 impulse outputs of meters or other devices,
· timing output from GPS or DCF clock,
· up to 4 relays turned on when given value is exceeded (or forecast for excesses in given period),
· up to 8 outputs with TTL levels turned on when given value is exceeded,
· 2 ports: RS232 and RS485 for device configuration and data reading (device operates as Slave in MODBUS/RTU protocol).
AF500R is an excellent development of AF2000R – it extends AF2000R capabilities of another 12 impulse inputs. This device is designed for installation on TH35 splint. Thanks to small size AF500R can be easily installed in existing cabinets and assembling boards. In case of large switching, devices can be installed in series and connected by RS485 trunk.
Due to high tolerance for energy sources AF500R can operate faultless in heavy industrial environments. The device operates properly when is powered by DC in the range of 9 to 30 V. Thanks to low energy consumption, a small power supply unit is able to ensure device operation for several days.
LEDs on AF500R panel inform about:
· State of each impulse input,
· State of relays built-in module,
· State of main program (watch-dog) of the driver,
· State of slave program analyzing impulse inputs,
· Existing communication on any serial ports.
In addition, the front panel is equipped with RJ45 socket to RS232 port. In this way, the computer with the configuration and diagnostics software can be plugged - without interrupting the operation and data transmission to the master systems.
AF2000TS – terminal server with devices remote control
Terminal server AF2000TS enables communication via TCP network with 4 devices equipped with terminal interface RS232 or RS485. Additional built-in relays outputs enable a remote control of any devices (e.g. reset of power supply of communication devices). The configuration is performed using web browser. AF2000TS is equipped with internal www server.
Access to terminal ports of connected devices is possible at the same time:
· from the level of independent terminal application serving Telnet protocol,
· from www level – AF2000TS can serve website with applets realizing the function of Telnet console (Java script in ver.1.4.2. or later is required),
· from the level of Windows system serial port or any application, that can communicate via COM ports – special driver installs virtual serial port in the system and provides connection with Telnet protocol.
Communication between user an terminal server is done via Ethernet interface or via internal GPRS module. In GPRS version only 3 ports RS232/RS485 are served. Authorization mechanisms allow for flexible and secure access to terminal ports for selected users. AF2000TS also allows several users to access to 1 terminal port.
There is possibility of providing device with non-standard software and equipment on customer order.
AF 2000 RGPRS – GRE router for connection via GPRS
GPRS router allows for access to resources of separate LAN or WAN network, via wireless GSM network or GPRS protocol. GPRS router can be used as:
· remote wireless access to servers,
· emergency data transmission channel,
· distributed telemetry system.
AF 2000 RGPRS is used wherever it is necessary to ensure reliable data transmission to distant locations, or where is no possibility of traditional transmission channels use. Incoming packets via the GSM/GPRS networks are distributed via the Ethernet port on the 128-address TCP/IP subnet. Security of data transmission increases functionality of Access Control List, which allows traffic only from authorized addresses or TCP/IP subnet. AF 2000 RGPRS is equipped with many function increasing its reliability (e.g. self-diagnostics, remote software updates, automatically connection restore, etc.). For large installations, configuration management can be conducted entirely from the supervision center. There is possibility of providing device with non-standard software and equipment on customer order.
AF500HID – access control and work time registration
AF500HID can be also used as access controller – i.e. “doorkeeper” guarding doors into rooms and buildings. Due to HID ProxPoint reader, AF500HID provides access using authorized identification cards.
AF500HID can be easily integrated with intercoms and remote door opening buttons, so it is very useful for building administrators (identification of persons entering/leaving, keys management, replacement of locks after leave of tenant/employee).
AF500HID can serve:
· up to 2 HID ProxPoint card readers (usually placed on both sides of the door),
· up to 4 relays for controlling locks and door automation;
· up to 12 digital signals from other devices (e.g. remote door opening button, module opening the door on SMS or ring signal).
Electronic Access Control provides many improvements:
· cards can not be copied so easily as traditional metal keys,
· in case of card loss, its number can be immediately removed,
· cards can provide their users vary time access (e.g. only in business days),
· every door opening is automatically recorded in device memory, which enables automatic creation of “Traffic book” or working time reports.
To increase reliability, AF500HID can be integrated with other external modules:
· remote controls,
· GSM module for remote door control – enables door opening via mobile phone,
· integration with fire alarm system – enables automatic door opening if fire alarm system detects danger,
· integration with telephone exchange – enables automatic door opening via phone.
On customer order, AF500HID can be provided with software for cards management and timesheets creation.
